We’ll explore a range of winemaking options which including: Skin Contact (orange and rosé wines), Carbonic Maceration, and Méthode Champenoise vs Ancestrale (Pét-Nat) sparkling.

Date & Time: OCTOBER 13, 20 & 27   |  7 - 8 p.m.
Location: Virtual via Zoom
Two pricing options available:

$185 for bottles via RichWine (Shipping statewide for an additional fee)

We will taste two wines per week. There will be a WSET-style theory lesson on each wine, followed by a tutored tasting, and then an open question and answer period.

The series is suitable for all student levels – beginner to WSET Diploma. While we will include great detail about each wine (grape, region, climate, geography, topography, viticulture, and winemaking) we will ensure that even students just starting out do not feel overwhelmed.
